We accept the following payment methods:
♦ Direct Deposit (Preffered)
Payments must be made within 7 days of order purchase
or the products will be returned to stock.
Please contact us if you have any difficulties paying for your order
as we may be able to come to an arrangement.
♦ Out-Of-Stock Policy ♦
We endeavour to keep our stock levels up-to-date
however we are only human and mistakes can be made.
If the product you have ordered is Out-Of-Stock
we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be given the following options:
♦ A full refund of the purchase price
♦ A Store Credit voucher which will have 12 months validity
♦ You item can be placed on backorder and we will post it to you as soon as it arrives!
♦ Returns ♦
Please advise us within 48 hours if you are not happy with any part of your purchase.
We will happily issue a store credit or refund providing the item is returned
in the original packaging and is in a new, unopened and unused condition within 7 days.
All returns are at the buyers expense.
If the item you have purchased is faulty we will give you the option to
♦ receive a full refund
♦ receive a store credit voucher with 12 Months validity
♦ have the product replaced.
All faulty goods must be returned to be inspected.
We reserve the right to determine the condition of the product when returned
and if it is found to not be in the condition listed above
we reserve the right to not issue store credit or refund.
