Postage

We post all parcels via Australia Post within 2 business days of receiving your payment. ♦   We offer a low flat rate postage fee of $7.00, excluding bulky items which will be stated in their description. ♦   If your order is very small and is cheap to post, you may be given a small refund. Please note that postage charges also include packaging. Each order will be dealt with case by case and is up to our descrapancy. If your order is paid for via Paypal, we will refund into your account. We will contact you if you other payment methods to arrange a refund. ♦   We offer FREE Standard post for all orders over $70. ♦   Bulky item postage will be calculated once your order has been received. ♦   Registered Post is available at an extra $2.80 and is advisable as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels. ♦   All parcels will be posted out in zip lock bags (or similar) and in either padded envelopes or boxes. ♦
