We post all parcels via Australia Post within 2 business days of receiving your payment.

We offer a low flat rate postage fee of $12.00,
excluding bulky items which will be stated in their description.

If your order is very small and is cheap to post, you may be given a small refund.
Please note that postage charges also include packaging.
Each order will be dealt with case by case and is up
to our descrepancy.
If your order is paid for via Paypal, we will refund into your paypal account.
We will contact you if use other payment methods to arrange a refund.

We offer FREE Standard post for all orders over $100.
♦
Bulky item postage will be calculated once your order has been received.
♦
Registered Post is available at an extra $2.95 and is advisable
as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

All parcels will be posted out in zip lock bags (or similar)
and in either padded envelopes or boxes.

Since I’m using the one website to sell scrapbooking & hair clips
and the postage is quite different prices, I’ve tried to set it up to be easy to understand!
However this means that there are quite a few options when you have to select the correct postage! If you are unsure, please contact me to help you pick the correct one!

POSTAGE FOR CLIPZ
We post all parcels via Australia Post as quickly as we can.
Please allow about 2 weeks (usually much quicker just depends on how busy I am).
If it is a custom order then it may take longer, especially if I have to order things in to complete your order!
You can contact me to see how long your custom order may take before
placing and paying for your order!

We offer a range of postage options for clipz!
There’s $2 postage which is only for small clips that can fit into a padded envelope.
Any bows (exluding Bitty bows or similar) will have to go up into the next postage option of the $6 which most orders need generally need to be posted by.
Registered Post is available at an extra $2.95 and is advisable

And Express postage is also available and is $8.80.
